Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orion Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orion Manager. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

Orion Manager is a web-based service that allows users to manage and delete activity data across various Google services (Search, YouTube, Gmail, Maps, Drive, Photos, and others). The Service operates by obtaining a temporary OAuth authorisation from Google on your behalf and using Google's official APIs to fulfil your deletion requests.

Important: Deletion of Google activity data is permanent and irreversible. Once data is deleted, it cannot be restored by Orion Manager or by Google. Use the Service with full awareness of this.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
  • You must have a valid Google account and be the authorised account holder.
  • You must not use the Service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service.

Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Service requires purchase of a subscription plan (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise). All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change with notice.
  • Billing: Plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Yearly plans are billed upfront and include a 20% discount.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of the Service (digital, immediately consumed), all sales are final. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment is not completed, access to paid features will not be granted.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to delete data belonging to another person without their authorisation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limitations or payment requirements
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Orion Manager — including the name, logo, and space-themed interface — are the intellectual property of Orion Manager and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or business purposes as permitted by your plan.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
  • We are not responsible for changes to Google's APIs or policies that may affect the functionality of the Service.
  • The "activity deletion" feature simulates and initiates real deletion via Google APIs — actual deletion is performed by Google and subject to Google's own processing timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orion Manager and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service
  • Unintended or accidental deletion of Google account data
  • Any damages arising from third-party services (Paystack, Google) used in connection with the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections on Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
